Hi, I’m Arbaaz Jamadar, a cybersecurity engineer and cloud security specialist with a passion for building secure, scalable, and reliable systems. I’m currently pursuing my Master’s in Cybersecurity at the University of Maryland, with a strong foundation in Computer Science from Shivaji University.

Over the years, I’ve worked across red and blue teams, from performing offensive security assessments and reporting real-world vulnerabilities to designing robust, zero-trust architectures in the cloud. I’ve secured large-scale environments, automated incident response workflows, and built CI/CD pipelines that are not just fast, but secure by design.

What I Do:

Offensive & Defensive Security:

I’ve reported 20+ vulnerabilities via YesWeHack, conducted black-box pentests, tuned SIEM rules, and automated threat detection and response using LogicHub SOAR and Sentinel.

Cloud & DevSecOps:

I design microservice-based architectures on AWS (EKS, IAM, Route 53, KMS) and deploy them automatically using Terraform, automate application integration and deployment via Jenkins & ArgoCD, and enforce security using Trivy, SonarQube.

Research & Writing:

I love diving deep into real-world misconfigurations and attack surfaces. My writeups break down exploits, infrastructure flaws, and security controls through hands-on analysis.

Tech I Love Using:

Cloud: AWS, Azure, GCP

Languages: Python, Bash, C++, JavaScript

Security: Tenable, Azure Sentinel, Trivy, LogicHub SOAR

IaC & DevOps: Terraform, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, Prometheus

Certifications: eJPT, AWSCP, Security+, CNSP

A Few Highlights:

Mentored cybersecurity students and designed hands-on labs as a Teaching Assistant

Built resilient cloud architectures with encryption, auto-healing, and least privilege principles

Featured in ATG’s Hall of Fame for securing critical vulnerabilities

Attended AWS re:Invent and re:Inforce under the “All Builders Welcome” grant

Whether I’m defending cloud workloads or breaking into misconfigured apps, I thrive at the intersection of security, automation, and innovation. If you’re building something meaningful — I’d love to help secure it.
